4/01/10 Campground open with electric & water back on. First stocking at pond.

4/10/10 We got the Debit/Credit machine up n running.  Sorry, we were a little behind the times but trying to get better every day!

4/11/10 We already have several reservations for Memorial Weekend, should be another fun filled weekend with lots of activities.

4/25/10 Rain rain go away.......but, the fish are still biting, Joe caught 11 cats on 4/24/10.

4/26/10 Well, the rain is done for a couple of days so we are tackling another project....

5/26/2010  Rainy weather has hampered our efforts in finishing the pool refurbishing, but I still thought we were going to make it for Memorial Day Weekend.  However, we could not schedule Pool Inspection that is mandatory before we open, because the inspector is on vacation.  Concrete is poured and we are getting everything put back up ... fencing, signs, lifesaving equipment, etc.  Inspection is scheduled for Thursday June 3rd, and providing we pass, the pool will open that afternoon.  Springhill apologizes that we won't have our pool open for this first Holiday weekend, but it could not be avoided.  Thank you for your understanding.  We hope the wait will be worth it when you see how nice everything looks.
